We didn't find the wreck at Cabrillo Beach this morning, but we did manage to find Piddock Heaven. While Merry collected shells I shot 121 pictures. Al and Greg followed behind wondering what I was seeing. The vis on the reef was 1-5 feet, but near zero inside the kelp. Merry found a tackle box full of lures, while I placed my hand on a rock that suddenly turned into a four foot Batray. I think it was about that time that my drysuit leaked. Josh and Alyson arrived late, but had better luck. They saw where we dropped down and decided to drop down outside the kelp and swim in. They swam right up to the wreck.
