This morning in the shallows, I found myself in the same position you talked about above "I had to hold the camera still with one hand, my light with the other and fight heavy surge " This is not an easy task.....lol

With your Fuji E900, how close can you come in on a subject while being able to use the internal flash (no strobe) and get a decent picture?

BTW, your shot above is GREAT!!
