Is that a home port painted on the stern just below the gate (more visible in Phil's shot)? Maybe he could blow his up and post it. I looked on the NOAA/USCG searchable database of vessels ( http://www.st.nmfs.gov/st1/CoastGuard/VesselByName.html ) and didn't see an immediate obvious hit.
