I also wrote that I'm talking about the larger picture so try not to get so caught up in the "I gotcha". My larger point is that Chris came from PADI and thinks like a PADI marketing person, ie; sell, sell, sell and quality be damned. He's applying that same mistaken business model to Sport Chalet and the results are manifest.
