That's what I would do, go down with 36 or 38% in some doubles. I take some tools down like heavy shears and bolt cutters. I have tools that would make mincemeat out of that netting.
Some big lift bags would work if you grabbed one side of it and pulled it up then cut and released the net as needed to get it loose from the wreck. I would also work in teams as this kind of work can be hazardous. One diver working and the spotter standing by.
As the netting is pulled up I would also wrap it with rope off a spool so in case it dropped it wouldn't open up and take someone down. People would just have to make sure to stay clear.
