Cayman is one of my favorite places.
The books on Cayman Dive Sites are good resources.
Be prepared for higher prices for everything - they have a tax on the island that makes everything and anything cost about 20% more than it does here.
I have always liked Sunset House.
Just writing this makes me want to go back - terrific place to chill.
