I called a couple of them and simply asked them to take it off the menu. They asked me why....the ignorance on this issue is astounding. Ignorance or indifference...whichever. There has to be a way to make this more public. I am going to call a friend of mine with PR experience and the LA Times. I'll take any other suggestions on how to get this issue in the public eye!
