If anyone does know how to effectively file a complaint with the Coastal Commission, my other issue (beside the long walk) is that there is no access to the point (north of the cove). For divers that know the ropes for a rock entry, diving off Long Point is absolutely one of the best dives in Southern California. Yet, it is fanced off for no apparent good reason.
