The wreck is more off the middle point. If you look at the south beach (or fat man beach as some call it) if you are on the path leading to the beach and line up the end of the point the wreck is right off the end of the middle point between the two coves.
It's a little hard to find but a nice little wreck. It's shallow, about 35 feet, but has some big abs and lot's of fish on it. It's pretty much brocken down but the boilers and drive shaft are still in tact as well as some of the bottom hull frames and some plating. It's been undisturbed because salvage is strictly forbidden.
