In an effort to encourage people to report the vis at dive places (so people like me will know before we go), here is a vis report.

Santa Cruz - Yellow Banks. Vis 20 feet, hazy green, no thermocline. Water was not cold - I don't have a thermometer but certainly NOT in the low 50's at 90'

Anacapa - West end and S. side W. Is. Vis 25', hazy green. Temp same as Santa Cruz. Much of south side not is "brittle star" barren with them coating the rocks and sand. Sad to see.

Say the Truth, Peace and Specter. Conditions further North up the Islands toward Miguel was getting ugly - gale winds.
