It sounds like Bob had been diving at Landing Cove from the dock and the Vanguard (not a dive boat) got him on their boat after the fall. The Vanguard was heading out into the channel for a Helo pick up but not sure what transpired next due to weak radio reception. I didn't know Bob but had heard his name many times...my condolences to his friend and family. |
