This morning a terrible experience at the La Jolla OEX store. Tom (our dive guide) didn't bother to show and no one could get a hold of him. They searched piles of unorganized paperwork and found nothing relating to us. No one else was qualified to take us. My friend was visiting from England and had one chance to dive and it was today. I've been planning this for weeks and spoken to three different staff members on the phone (Tom, Josh and Jim). We got up at 6am to be there when Tom told us, then we were told we can't dive. We are all very disappointed. I strongly recommend that no one use this store ever.
