My personal favorites, in order, are;

Swiss Cheese Reef - cool large area structures and healthy kelp life
Outter Seal Cove Wall - same as above, plus occasional pleagics
Deep Arch - spectacular structure, great pleagics and macro life on the wall
Window Pane - just damned cool structure dive so close to the island
East End Kelp Wall - lost of kelp and life. Saw my 1st butterfly scythe there in 1997.
Ordinance Reef - you can always find something cool here, like bomb timer dials
Little Flower - BSB and pleagics that ping the wall, great for yellowtail sightings
Inside Boilers - Rock n roll! Not for the timid on harsh days, love the bugs here
Butler Wreck - Pretty torn up rubble piles, but a good dive none the less on calm days
Bluffs Anchorage - Big rockpile islands in a sea of sandy bottom famous for it's octos, white fish and infamous "Fan Wreck".
