Totally off of the reservation this time. Why is it that a high percentage of bogus energy claims centrally involve water? If I ever see father of cold fusion Stan Pons again, I'll have to ask him. How funny that this time its based on dissociating water using a high frquency discharge. So 1950's! I guess that as long as someone else is paying the electricity bill you could fool small children and reporters into thinking you've done something clever.
