Thanks. I understand that the water is quite warm this year, unsually warm -- that it's 68-70 degrees at the surface and that the thermocline is a 60 ft., at which point the water temp is 52-58 degrees. I have also heard that the majority of the bugs are holding around 80 ft. at present.

Do you have any insight or other information about pre-season bug conditions at CAT that you can share or wisdom that you might impart to a landlocked bug hunter?
