Why not go to a plastics shop and buy a 1" tube of acrylic and string 3 lights down the middle. Then get that red sticky one side plastic used to legalize busted tail lights.
Mount it on some sort of pole, put a rubber plumbers cap on top, and whizbangall you gotta do is rig the electrical.

360 view, and money left for gas.
