I just got Back from Coz a month ago. I choose the Cozumel Palace this time around, ... a rather nice all inclusive resort. It used to be the Plaza las Glorious, but all the rooms have been re-done and made into suites. Very nice rooms, and the service is better than a cruise ship. Staff is top notch, and very attentive.

If I'm not mistaken the local, in-house dive op is Dive Paradise, and just about all the local dive operators do pick-up and drop offs from the hotel pier.

If you're looking for a couple of good dive ops -- try Underwater Living and/or Blue XT Sea. Scuba Du is also OK, too.
