Rob Schmeider of Cordell Expeditions has organized trips to both places. Point Sur Bank is terrific in it's own right as I can attest having actually been diving there. In fact we were there (or very close to there) on Saturday. Cordell Bank is north of San Francisco near Point Reyes. Point Sur Bank is off of Point Sur, about 140 miles south. Clinton
