I live in PA, and have logged about 50 dives (tropical and off the New > Jersey coast). I am planning a trip to southern CA and was wondering if you could help with some info. I plan to be in the LA area for 1 week (flexible travel dates).
> (1) when is the "best" time to dive in southern CA?
> (2) any must see dive spots?
