Don't assume I was "stoked up."
Also, I didn't ask him for cash. I only asked him to replace it. I didn't care if it was Ebay, Sport Chalet- whatever. I didn't want money; I just want a replaced fin.

If somebody making a boneheaded move crashed into your car and damaged your property, is out of line to ask them to fix what they have damaged?

Thankfully, I have several other good lobster buddies, and this guy is a new diver and all he caught were shorts. Sure, he had a boat, but there's other boats in the sea.
