This might be the same whale we ran into on the Catalina Express on Saturday. We were just out of the San Pedro Harbor when it felt like we hit a boat. It actually felt like rock because the Starship Express stuttered when we hit it. Passengers witnessed a large animal that appeared behind the boat seconds after impact. It was not moving.
