hello. just thought I would chime in on this subject. I have 2 130 cf. one is a faber. when empty it buoyancy is + 2-3 lb and the other is a PST and its - 2-3 lb when empty. most 119 cf tanks are - to neutral whan enpty. I too bought these tanks for nitrox boat diving. so far I like the pst better for obvious reasons. and if you get a hot fill and end up a bit short on air its still about a 120 cf. and its only a few extra pounds more than the 120 cf. never hurts to have a few extra lb of air for whatever reason.
