Call Chris at Silent World in Key Largo. Small boat - good dive sites. Winter can be dicey but it lays down around May - not sure when it kicks back up.

Key Largo is a nice place to dive. Other features of the Keys somewhat disappointing. Drove to Key West and couldn't figure out why later. Not much for me there. Some OK food near Key Largo and the everglades are not far away - nice for a day.
