Sorry for being out of touch. I’m stationed onboard Camp Pendleton and a lot of my people live in Vista. They were put on notice but no mandatory evacuation. I think the biggest problem down here (obviously aside from the fires) is all the thick smoke. It is REALL HARD to breathe down here. There is going to very likely be a health emergency after all this is over. Best wishes to everyone.
