Used Ocean Divers in Key Largo (very good) after Rainbow Reef Divers took our reservations, then booked a dive club after us and bumped us from their boats (without telling us until we got there).

I totally would have understood, except they did a really poor job of setting us up with transfers to other boats. We had signed up for five two-tank dives with them ... and every one of them we had to scramble at the absolute last minute to find a new boat.
