Although I've heard wonderful things about the other operators around Kona as well; I suspect you can't go wrong.

I also recommend a shore dive (or even just a snorkel) down at Place of Refuge, aka Honaunau. Gorgeous dive site, and there are often turtles munching around at the water's edge - especially at sunrise or sunset. People seem to encounter dolphins there frequently as well. Pretty easy entry/exit.
