Jack's is good, but it is the largest operator on the island. If you want something smaller, I recommend Dive Makai. They are known for detailed site briefings and long, slow dives. Last time I went with them in the spring there were 4-6 divers per trip over a week period. They had 2 DM's in the water per dive which enabled them to cater to both the photographers and non-photographers in the group.
