this is all about the dgf getting a handle on the recreational take of spiny lobster. With all the hoopnetting going on now as well as the divers, they need to know how the bug population is being affected. I am all for this if it will help preserve the lobster population in this state. perhaps the limit should be dropped to 4 or 5, I would back those decisions if needed.
