I'm also hopin' for any hands on volunteers that may have worked with Paul like maybe Elaine, or Steve H? or Ted S., Etc??? ....we're trying to work out some of the "nuts'an'bolts" of what works and what doesn't for (unobstructive) underwater markers etc... Our experience @ Catalina (CCD.org) has resulted in mixed results for both permanent and temporary markers.
