Posted by ScubaBob on November 25, 2007 at 21:40:06: After nearly a month out of the H2O (sorry, no excuses) finally got back in, and with my New Toy! Eric's Freedom Plate and the Oxycheq Mach V. Wow, what a difference! I've noticed an improvement with each dive. Today, I as walking down the new stairs at Shaw's I noticed I was walking with much greater ease and improved posture.
