I will agree with the board about avoiding surgery if the alternatives can help you. However, being a "spinal surgery success story", I can tell you it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Diving, racing motocross, MMA and not mention, uh, work, is possible again.

Whichever way you decide to go, I wish you the best.
