#1 rebreather unfriendly boat is the Great Escape. Also Sundiver.
Rebreather friendly boats in LA are hard to come by. I dove one off the Magician a year ago.
The Peace allows them as do the Truth Aquatic boats. This information is a bit old as I haven't tried to book a rebreather dive locally for 8 months or so. What kind of rebreather do you dive? Extreme Scuba in Ventura sells RBs... perhaps they would have a more current list of boats that allow them. Good luck!
