A friend of mine sent this link to a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission voluntary recall notice of Oceanic and Aeris 1st stage regulators. The recall deals with a seal which can fail between the 1st and 2nd stage. Reference the link for specific information and models/serial numbers affected.
