I think the whole report card is going to be a mess- but-lobsters are fished off commercial boats but not by divers at least locally (unlike red lobster who maims young South American boys with reckless diving to get their catches)- if DFG finds any piece of dive gear on a lobster boat it's my understanding that they get a huge fine- and will probably confiscate the catch - by the way the catch has been way down this year by commercial people - it's my understanding- they have all been light on their catches and think the lobster did not molt early enough and the water was too cold this year? that's 2nd hand so I could be wrong-
