Blue water gold rush was a good read. I read it in one day,
I couldn't put it down.
I need to find out where this "blue lagoon" is that he mentioned in the book. It sounds like a cool little spot.

He also failed to mention a place in the town of Bopdega called the Casino. This little bar/restaurant is a favorite haunt of divers and fishermen. The booze flows very freely some nights and there are abundant stories involving the Casino. There is an old cranky lady that works in there, I think she owns the joint, and she always greets you by saying "Ya, what do you want". After she studies you for a minute and she realizes you're probably allright then she'll crack a smile.
A few nights a week she'll cook up a huge home cooked meal and for 7-8 bucks you get a big plate of food. There's no menu or choice of food, that's it, usaully italian food. After you finish she'll come up, "You done?" "Ya, that was good", "You still hungry?", "Naw, I'm good", "Don't lie to me, you still look hungry, sit here, I'll get it".
