I can't find that 48 hour reg anywhere.

It's certainly destructive, but it may not be abandonded, just lost, and I'm not sure that's illegal. We've had high winds lately.

I'm not defending this net at all. I hate them all. I'm only saying, there are plenty more out there right now that probably look more or less the same. Maybe they come up before the seals and birds decay, but so what.
