I use a Canon 20d in an Aquatica Housing. I also use Inon strobes. I shoot everything in manual from the camera settings to the strobe settings. The settings change depending on the situation. For this last trip I never broke out my wide angle and shot all pictures with a canon 60mm macro lens. This lens focuses down to 1:1 for macro, but you can also back up and fit bigger subjects in. So, I find this set-up very versatile. For macro I will pull the strobes all the way in close to the port. For wider shots I usually pull them out away. Here's a picture from our trip that Susie took:

My latest addition are those buoyancy arms from 4th Generation Designs. My camera used to be very negative, now I have it about neutral...It's so much nicer!
