Thanks for personally following up on this. It's great that you're involved in the community and participating on public boards.

I some follow-up questions: Are abandoned/lost nets scrapped or returned to the owner? Does the owner bear the cost of recovery or any other penalties? Was this particular net legal or illegal for the area?
