C/NET reported that it was the TSA that "internally mandating" the
control and restriction of Lith-Ion cells. That must be news to the
DOT.

Really though, we flew to and from SEATAC last week. Outside of a
bit or curiosity, the TSA didn't care we had all those cells with
us.
