This is a picture of SOME of the boats that were in that massive fleet today, less than a mile? away from our dive site dropping seal bombs like the ocean was the Persian Gulf. They put it in, it gets loose and becomes our problem. We are out there with our boats, our dive gear, our dive skills (we are basically recreational divers) with our lives on the line trying to clean up after them. What is wrong with this picture?
