Hi Rich:
OML is a good diving spot. Remember the cove is a south facing beach. The point is a south west facing point. I have dove OML after the rains. It is usually alot of small white particles in the water in the cove and at the point. If you are not careful when you loose your mask you will get burning eyes, and swimmers ear. Usually stay out of the water at least 24 hours after it rains.
