The only reason I felt compelled to get into this is because the description of the incident.
This site is frequented by novices and uncertified divers searching for information. Obviously, the ascent was executed properly or the diver might not have been here.
What really stood out was the terms used to describe it and subsequently the references to air leaking from the nose (wearing a mask?) and comparing it to a free diving ascent.
To a an inexperienced diver, this could be misleading and downright dangerous.
This is the only essential argument I have.
