The UK light you mention is probably a very nice light, having used the UK 30 WATT rech halogen for many years, I know UK has a good product. Now I use the Darkbuster hand held 21 watt HID. A very lightweight Hand held light that has rechargeable Li Ion batteries. With 21 watts of bright HID light in a lightweight handheld flashlight, I would highly recommend spending the 4 hundred bucks to get this light. If you do a lot of night diving, it is well worth it
