Friends that use to work some of those coastal plants. Use to tell me a story of a scuba diver getting sucked thru the cooling water intake. That is out in the ocean. This inflow is dumped into a canal. Then it is sucked into huge cooling water pumps. Has anyone ever heard of a scuba diver being sucked in and rescued from the canal. Or is this just a tall tale?
