How do we know he wasted the fish??? For one thing Blue Marlin are better eating than Striped Marlin, (statement of opinion here). How do we know he did not have people waiting at the dock for their share of the fish when he got back? There are alot of unknowns here. There is a code of ethics I have observed in all bluewater spearfishermen I have met that they eat what they take, and waste of fish is un-forgivable. I would like to believe the fish went to good use and filled many bellys.
