I feel the need to make a point here that "obese" and "athletic" aren't mutually exclusive... if you mean to say it's easier to detect a shock on a thin person, just say so - it does make sense. But there are plenty of non-athletic thin people, and athletic fat people.

Not that I know anything about this particular person - this is just one of my buttons that's easily pushed. :)
