The Banggai Cardinal fish either have multiplied like crazy or another load was lost in the strait. It was my understanding they were only at the Police Pier lost from a boat transporting them to sell to who ever buys and resells them. I saw them their in 2002. They are normally found in the Banggai Islands Region in Central Sulawesi. Thanks for sharing.
