I'd love to help you out.

OK, first thing is to get a california map so you can see what and where I'm talking about.
Find Jenner, it's on coast hwy 1 right at the end of the Russian river just north of Bodega Bay.
All the diving is going to north from Jenner. Starting south to north here goes for Sonoma County:

Reef campground
Fort Ross South cove and north cove
Fort Ross Store headland
A frame fence
Timber Cove
Stillwater Cove
Ocean Cove
Gerstle Cove (north & south)
Stump Beach
Fisk Mill Cove
South horse shoe cove (red rock) **hell of a hike!
4 beaches along Sea Ranch
There are other spots but you need a boat or kayak to get to them.

The rest are up in Mendocino County. The county line is just south of Gualala along the river.

There's a whole bunch more up that way.
