Dive site familiarization. You should do some homework on any new
site you dive. Talk to anybody up here about Pt. Lobos
and you'll hear:

It's great.
You gotta have a reservation.
You gotta have a buddy.
You gotta bring your C-card.

There's a rules and regs link right on the webpage where you make
your reservation.

Sorry, no sympathy.
