I attended a bunch of F&G Commission meetings as part of the
Central Coast MLPA process. The MLPA process will be coming to
So Cal next and I VERY STRONGLY encourage divers, whatever their
consumptiveness, to get involved.

The key item to remember is that the F&G Commission and the Dept.
of Fish and Game are somewhat parallel organizations. The Commission
makes the rules (with legislative direction and with Department and
public input), the Department enforces them and does some science.

IMHO, it would be more accurate to call them the Fishers and Hunters
Commission and the Department of Fishers and Hunters.

Did the little short explosive fireplug speak? If you don't know
who I mean, he didn't.
